This document presents the conditions and requirements to properly design a cooling solution for systems that implement the Intel® 82Q965, 82Q963, 82G965 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH) and the Intel® 82P965 MCH. Properly designed solutions provide adequate cooling to maintain the MCH case temperature at or below thermal specifications.
