Intel NetStructure® ZT 5504 System Master Processor Board Hardware Manual
The ZT 5504 is a single-slot CPU board designed to work as a modular
component in a high-performance CompactPCI* system. It utilizes
the Mobile Intel® Pentium® III Processor - M, in a BGA2 package, to
provide extremely high PCI performance combined with low power
requirements. The ZT 5504 includes PICMG* 2.16 Packet Switching
Backplane compliance and Intelligent Platform Management Bus (IPMB)
system management features. The ZT 5504 is an ideal solution for
telecommunications, Internet, and industrial control applications with
demanding performance and system reliability requirements.
