Installation Issues

• Error message: Setup did not find any hard drives installed in your system
• Boot screen still shows an older version number after software upgrade
• Cannot select ICH5R using F6 utility with Intel® Matrix Storage Manager 5.x driver files
• "Incompatible hardware" error message after installing the driver using F6
• I/O controller hub is not listed during an F6 install with Intel® Matrix Storage Manager v6.x driver files
• Error message: File copying was not successful. Setup will exit

RAID Volume Recovery

• System won't boot to degraded RAID 1 volume
• Failed RAID 0 volume
• Degraded or failed RAID 1 volume

Migration Issues

• Migration from non-RAID to RAID 10 with 128KB strip size results in blue screen
• Size did not increase as expected after a migration from RAID 0/1/10 to RAID 5

• Error message: "Error likely caused by Intel® Application Accelerator RAID Edition (iastor.sys)
• Cannot view SMART values of hard drives after setting up RAID
• Intel® Matrix Storage Console is corrupted or non-functional
