End of Interactive Support Announcement

Intel® Bus Master IDE driver
Intel is announcing the end of interactive support for the Intel® Chipset Hardware and the Intel® Bus Master IDE driver. This means that Intel will no longer provide interactive support via newsgroups, email, or telephone.
This end-of-interactive support (EOIS) notification is effective August 28th, 2001. Support will end on September 28th, 2001.
This announcement does not impact support for Embedded Intel® Chipset customers. Information on Embedded Intel Chipsets can be found on the following website: http://developer.intel.com/design/chipsets/embedded/index.htm
