- Windows* XP - (Professional, Home, Media Center Edition, Tablet PC Edition) - Service Pack 2 supports:
- dual core funtionality and power management
- Execute Disable Bit
Windows XP - (Professional, Home, Media Center Edition, Tablet PC Edition) - Service Pack 1 support:
- supports dual core funtionality
- not natively designed to support dual core power management
Windows* 2000 - not natively designed to support dual core operation
Linux* - RedHat*, SuSE*, RedFlag, and CS2C* distributions supporting kernel version 2.6.8, and above
All operating systems must have the specified service pack (or higher) applied to enable full support.
Please Note: The operating systems listed above are supported by all components (processor, chipset, wireless adapter) of Intel® Centrino® processor technology. Additional operating systems may be supported by individual components.
