How can I get warranty replacement for a defective EtherExpress™ 32, 32N or Flash 32 LAN adapter?
Interactive telephone support for the Intel® EtherExpress 32, 32N and Flash 32 LAN adapters was ended on April 30, 2000. Intel no longer provides telephone support for this product. World-Wide-Web Forum/Newsgroup and Internet messaging support will continue until at least December 2000. You do have access to all files and drivers on Intel's on-line services.

How do I find the latest drivers for my EtherExpress adapter?
Find the latest drivers on the Software & Drivers page. Download the appropriate self-extracting archive file for the model you need. Drivers for most operating systems and the files needed to configure and troubleshoot the adapters are on E32DISK.EXE (for the EtherExpress 32), E32NDISK.EXE (for the EtherExpress 32N) and FL32DISK.EXE (for the Flash 32). If the operating system you are using does not include drivers for the EtherExpress 32 or 32N, select the Novell NE3200 instead.
How do I get a replacement for a defective board?
The EtherExpress 32, 32N and Flash 32 came with a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner. Details are in the user guide that came with your adapter.
