Intel® 82830M Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH)
Enable Panel Fitting

Symptom(s):
The display does not stretch to fill the laptop screen in full screen applications and in games that use resolutions below the native LCD resolution.

Solution:

To enable panel fitting with the 10.2.1 (or later) graphics drivers, right click on the desktop, then choose "Graphics Options", then "Panel Fit", then "Enabled".

Please visit the Intel Support site for the latest graphics driver for your product.
