Symptom(s):
F1 2002* game is very choppy (2-3 frames per second).
Cause:
The game uses an unusual pattern of flushes per frame, resulting in the graphics controller rendering the game in an inefficient manner.
Solution:
The following steps can be used to eliminate or minimize the issue reported with the game:
In the game options screen, set the "Display" level to "Medium" or "Low". This should increase the frame rate to a playable level. This does not occur on the Intel® 830MG chipset, since that chipset does not support zone rendering.
