The following steps can be used to eliminate or minimize the issue(s) reported with the game:

I. Use the game in software mode.

II. If a video card is available that can be temporarily installed in the system, the following steps can be followed to allow 3D acceleration in this game:
1) Install a PCI or AGP graphics adapter that is supported by the game (TNT*, Voodoo*, etc.).
2) Go into the game and set it up to use the add-in graphics adapter.
3) Now, exit the game and remove the graphics adapter from Device Manager, then shutdown and physically remove the card.
4) Boot back up (using onboard graphics) and go into the game again. Do not auto calibrate graphics or adjust graphics settings.
5) The game should run with hardware 3D acceleration.
