Solution:
This issue has been resolved in the PV 6.3.1 and later graphics drivers. These drivers can be downloaded from the Intel® Download Website.

Intel® 82810 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH)
Intel® 82815 Graphics Controller
