Symptom(s):

When starting a game, one of the following issues occurs:

• Error:  "Full screen mode not available"
• The game exits to the desktop with no error message.

Solution:

A patch is available that corrects issues reported with the game.  The version 1.2 patch allows the game to run on Intel® Extreme Graphics controllers by performing transform and lighting operations in the processor.  Contact the game manufacturer for further instructions or support.
