End of Interactive Support Announcement

Intel is announcing the end of interactive support for all models of the Intel® InBusiness™ Hubs and Switches. This means that Intel will no longer provide interactive support via newsgroups, e-mail, or telephone. Technical support will continue to be available via the web.

This end-of-interactive support (EOIS) notification is effective June 1, 2002. Interactive support will end on June 30, 2002.

These products are no longer being manufactured by Intel. Additionally, Intel no longer provides interactive support for these products via telephone or e-mail, nor will Intel provide any future software updates to support new operating systems or improve compatibility with third party devices and software products.
