Error 10015

Symptom(s):

  • Error 10015
  • Error appears when trying to run the Fun Fair™ software
  • Device Manager reports that NTKERN cannot load the driver for the camera
  • Hardware diagnostic program reports that the file VFWWDM32.DLL cannot be found

Solution:
To resolve this error, download and install the latest version of Microsoft DirectX*. The latest version of DirectX* is available from Microsoft's website. †

Relevant Information:
VFWWDM32.DLL is in the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder
