Intel® Desktop Board D845PT
Audio Sub System - AC'97 Integrated Audio, AD1885 With SoundMAX* SPX

The Intel® Desktop Board D845PT includes both the Analog Devices* ADI1885 Digital Audio Controller and the AC'97 audio codec. Both devices work together with the Intel® I/O controller Hub, (ICH2) creating 2 channel audio. The use of an optional CNR (Communications Network Riser) add-in card can add 4 or 6-channel audio capability.
