Intel® Desktop Board D850GB
Intel(R) Active Monitor Inaccurately Reporting Zone 1 Temperatures

Intel has discovered a temperature sensor reading abnormality that is exhibited on recent revisions of the Intel® Desktop Board D850GB. This issue may cause Intel® Active Monitor to report inaccurate Zone 1 temperature sensor readings.

A new version of Intel® Active Monitor, version 1.15, and a new BIOS incorporate fixes for this reporting issue.

  • Version 1.15 of Intel Active Monitor is available for download.
  • BIOS P18 or later contains a fix for the issue. The current BIOS is available for download.

Both Intel® Active Monitor version 1.15, or later, and BIOS P18, or later, are required to resolve this issue.
