The FSR2500PDB, Intel® Server Chassis SR2500, P/N D20851-005, was incorrectly communicated as being RoHS compliant without exemptions in the Material Declaration Datasheet dated June 16, 2006.
The FSR2500FSB is actually RoHS compliant with the following exemption. “Lead in solders for servers, storage and storage array systems, network infrastructure equipment for switching, signaling, transmission as well as network management for telecommunications”.
An updated Material Declaration Data Sheet (MDDS) has been posted. Additionally, all FSR2500PDB units shipped with a P/N of D20851-006 will be RoHS compliant without exemption.
