The 1-3-3-1 beep code indicates that a failure was detected during POST memory testing.
Try performing a BIOS recovery using the latest BIOS to see if this resolves your problem.
If this does not resolve the problem, try replacing the DIMMs with memory listed on the
tested memory list.
