Intel® N440BX Server Board
Server Board Fails to Boot

Here are some things to check if your Intel® N440BX board fails to boot:

  • If using only one processor, the termination card must be installed.
  • Ensure you are using memory from the tested memory list.
  • Ensure the processor is firmly seated into the Slot 1 Connector.
  • Make sure your power supply provides 0.8A of +5v standby current. If it does not, disable Wake On LAN* via the jumper on the motherboard.
