Intel® N440BX Server Board
Upgrading to Dual Intel(R) Pentium(R) II Processors

Single Intel® Pentium® II Processor configurations can be upgraded to dual processors at any time provided that the speed, voltage and stepping of the second processor match those of the first processor. The board is equipped with two on-board voltage regulator modules (VRM), so no additional hardware is required.
