Microprocessors Supported
The NA440BX server platform supports Intel® Pentium® II processors and some versions also support the Intel®

Emergency Management Port
The built-in Emergency Management Port (EMP) provides remote emergency access and control of server resources.
EMP offers Operating System-independent, fundamental remote management access regardless of the server's current

Adding Dial-Out Paging Capability
The Dial-Out utility provides an
"out-of-band" alerting mechanism that allows the server to send a page to an individual if the server is
rebooted. This archive includes a document describing the requirements, preparation, and installation of the
Dial-Out utility on the server board.
Installing Zero-channel RAID
A "zero-channel" RAID adapter is a PCI RAID controller that uses the on-board SCSI channels to implement a
