End-of-Interactive Support Announcement

Dear Intel® Server Board Customer:

Intel is announcing the end of interactive support for the following Intel® Server Board & Intel® Server Platform:

  • Intel® BB440FX Server Platform
  • Intel® MB440LX Server Platform
  • Intel® R440FX Server Platform
This means that Intel will no longer provide interactive support for these products via telephone or email. Technical support will continue to be available via the web.

Intel will maintain information for these server boards on our support site at: http://support.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/

This end-of-interactive support (EOIS) notification is effective July 28, 2002..

These products are no longer being manufactured by Intel. Additionally, Intel no longer provides interactive support for these products via telephone or e-mail, nor will Intel provide any future software updates to support new operating systems or improve compatibility with third party devices and software products.
