Windows* 2000 Memory Management Instability [PDF]

Systems utilizing an Intel® Server RAID Controller U3-1 (SRCU31) or an Intel® Server RAID Controller U2-1 (SRCU21) may encounter unstable Windows* 2000 operation with Windows OSM runtime driver version 3.28 or earlier for the SRCU21 and 4.23 or earlier for the SRCU31.

You can download version 3.28a for the SRCU21 [328A_W2K_OSM.EXE] and 4.23a [423A_W2K_OSM.EXE] for the SRCU31.
