Issue:
When the resource CD-ROMs included in the above products are placed in a system running a Win32 based operating
system, an HTML based GUI appears allowing users to access software and documentation. Each time the CD is
inserted in a system, it checks to see if a cookie has been set on the system indicating the user has agreed to the CD
license agreement. The resource CDs included in the above products have a license agreement page that sets a cookie that expires on 12/31/01. As a result, if you try to access the CD-ROM after 12/31/01, you will click to accept the license, but the cookie will not be set because the license has expired and you will not be able to access your resource CD-ROM.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, please download the following file, LICENSE.HTM.
- Click on the link below, LICENSE.HTM.
- Right-mouse click on the appropriate download option (North America, Hong Kong, Europe, or Japan) in order to save the file to your local drive.
- Run the file from your local machine.
- After you open the file, click "Accept" in order to reset the cookie that is already on your system.
