Intel® has found that RAID controllers may simultaneously mark multiple drives as failed on the Intel® SR2000, SR2050 and SC5000 Server Chassis with an Intel® L440GX+ Server Board installed and on the Intel® SPKA4 and SRKA4 Server Platforms. Drives will not operate when marked as failed. New HSC firmware fixes the hard drives marked off-line. For more details, see Technical Advisory TA-347.
