Warranty Return Request Form

Intel does not repair servers, but does provide warranty replacement to the original purchaser for the warranty period of the product.

To process a product return, you must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase for the product you wish to return. Please print this form, fill out the required information, and then fax the Warranty Request Form along with your proof of purchase to one of the fax numbers listed below:

Asia Pacific: See list of Asia Pacific Customer Support numbers listed at Intel Customer Support toll free numbers for your specific country, or scan the documents and e-mail it to apacsupport@mailbox.intel.com Please remember to provide proof of purchase.

If you prefer to mail the Warranty Request Form instead of faxing, mail the form along with your proof of purchase to:

After the form is received, an information packet will be faxed or emailed to you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product. A separate form must be filled out for each defective product you have.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THIS PROCESS. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT BEING REPLACED.
