Intel® Server Board SE7505VB2
Supported Processors

The Intel® Server Board SE7505VB2 is designed to support one or two Intel® Xeon® Processor(s) with 512KB L2 cache with or without 1MB or 2MB integrated L3 cache.

In a dual processor configuration, Intel requires that the same processor speed, cache size, system bus speed and stepping be used. Mixing processor speeds is not a supported or a recommended configuration.

The processor MM# is provided for your convenience, however, when ordering Boxed Intel® Xeon® processors please use the product order code.

Notes:

  1. Use the Power Budget Tool to determine if there is enough power to support this configuration.
  2. If integrating the board in an Intel® Server Chassis SC5200-BRP, please refer to TA-644.
  3. Requires BIOS 1.06 or later when using an Intel® Xeon® processor in the M0 Stepping.
  4. Requires BIOS 1.08 or later.
