The Intel® Server Board SE7520BB2D2 supports up to two Intel® Xeon® processors LV in the 479-pin FC-PGA4 package. This board and processor combination is an ideal server solution for 1U rack server due to the low wattage consumption.
When you purchase a compatible processor (either BX80539KF16672M or BX80539KF20002M) they do not include a thermal solution. You will need to purchase a special 1U heatsink for each of the processors installed.
