Issue
When using a USB Disk On the Key (DOK) to load the SATA/SCSI RAID driver during Microsoft Windows* 2000 SP4 and  Microsoft Windows* 2003 installation (pressing <F6> to load the driver), there will be an error message that Windows can not find the floppy drive.

Implication
Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4 and Microsoft Windows 2003  loads 3^rd party drivers only from a floppy drive during the installation. The USB DOK is only recognized as a hard drive by Windows no matter how the BIOS was set.

Workaround
Since the floppy drive is an option of Intel® Server Chassis SR1400 and Intel® Server Chassis SR2400, Intel recommends that the customer use a tested USB floppy drive.
