The controller utilizes both PC100 & PC133 SDRAM module for caching and is compatible with memory modules meeting the following specifications:
- 168-pin gold-plated SDRAM DIMMs
- Unbuffered 100MHz & 133MHz SDRAM ECC
- 64MB, 128MB & 256MB capacities
- 3.3v memory only
- Single or double row DIMMs
