The User Guide is written for system technicians responsible for troubleshooting, upgrading, and repairing the Intel® Entry Storage System SS4000-E. The guide provides information for firmware revision 1.4.
This document provides an overview of the features, accessories or other components needed, troubleshooting information and instructions to add and replace components on the system.

Windows* operating Systems are referred to generically in this document. x64-bit operating systems are not supported. The Intel® Client Backup and Recovery application does not support x64-bit operating system platforms. Client Backup and Recovery is a 32-bit software application with 32-bit drivers included.
