Active Directory support was implemented on the Intel® Entry Storage System SS4000-E with firmware version 1.2. Previous versions of firmware do not support Active Directory authentication. Firmware version 1.2 is valid for all released versions of the Intel® Entry Storage System SS4000-E and can be downloaded here.
