While attempting a backup, Retrospect Express HD backup software (the client backup software running on the client) may display an unhandled exception error if there are no Intel® Entry Storage System SS4200-E systems with valid backup clients available on the network at the time the backup is attempted.
To resolve this issue, be sure to have valid backup clients configured and available before attempting a backup.
