The included software package on the Intel® Boxed Server Boards contains the Microsoft System Center Essentials 2007* Single Server Edition. This allows the user to manage a single server. To enable managing multiple servers, the software package needs to be upgraded.
Listed below are the upgrade options: (available with a nominal fee via your local distributors)
Microsoft System Center Essentials 2007* Small Network Edition
- System management for up to 5 servers and 15 clients
- Extensible design with management pack plug-ins that extend console capabilities
- Upgradeable to Standard Edition using purchased CD key
Microsoft System Center Essentials 2007* Standard Edition
- Full version of Microsoft System Center Essentials 2007
- System management for up to 10 servers and 50 clients
- Scalable to 30 servers and 500 clients
