This list provide memory modules tested and qualified for the Intel® Carrier Grade Server TIGPT1U. The memory module on the Intel® Carrier Grade Server TIGPT1U has 4 DIMM sockets. The following memory features are supported:
- 400 MHz DDR memory modules
- Unbuffered ECC compatible 2.5V modules
(in compliance with the DDR JEDEC DIMM Specification)
- Minimum configuration is 128MB using one 128MB DIMM.
Note: Recommended minimum configuration is 256MB using two 128MB memory modules. Intel does not support mixing of memory types within the same system.
