In July 2003, Intel announced that interactive support for Intel® Priority Packet (original release) would end at 5:00pm (PST) on November 30, 2003. Interactive support will be discontinued at that time.
This announcement does not affect Intel Priority Packet II or Intel Priority Packet III. Support for those products will continue.

Are there any other Windows* QoS products that I can use instead?
Intel Priority Packet II supports prioritization on the network using the IEEE 802.1p standard, and internally via Priority Queuing, and also supports IP ToS (Type of Service) Layer 3 Tagging - supporting both Differentiated Services Codepoint (DSCP) and Legacy IP Precedence in Windows NT* 4.0, Windows* 98 SE and Windows Me.
Intel Priority Packet III provides the same features as Priority Packet II in Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Native support for QoS is built into Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.
