In May 2002, Intel announced that interactive support for Intel® PRO/100 ISA Adapters would end at 5:00pm (PST) on June 30, 2003. Interactive support will be discontinued at that time. The Limited Lifetime Warranty that was included in your product purchase will continue to be honored. What if I have problems with my Intel PRO/100 ISA Adapter and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty?
The Intel PRO/100 ISA adapters have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that Intel will continue to honor. Each product will be replaced with an identical or similar product.
Will you honor the warranty on the Microdyne Eagle NE 10/100 ISA LAN Adapter?
Intel will continue to honor the warranty on the Microdyne Eagle NE 10/100 ISA LAN Adapter. Each product will be replaced with an Intel PRO/100 ISA adapter or similar product. This is the only former Microdyne adapter product for which Intel will honor the warranty.
What if my Intel PRO/100 ISA Adapter fails? How will I obtain a warranty replacement?
Print the Intel PRO/100 ISA Adapter RMA Request Form, fill it out and follow the directions to fax it to the Intel RMA department. Proof-of-purchase showing that you are the original owner is required.
Where can I get assistance on Intel PRO/100 ISA adapters after June 2003?
It is expected that web-based self-help support will continue through November 2004, all the drivers and configuration files will be available for download, and all troubleshooting information will still be available.
How long will Intel provide drivers for the Intel PRO/100 ISA adapters?
Drivers for the Intel PRO/100 ISA adapter are available for Microsoft Windows* 98/Me, Windows NT* 4.0 and Windows 2000. Drivers for this product are included in Windows XP*. These drivers will also work on the Microdyne Eagle NE 10/100 ISA LAN Adapter. Intel will not be developing new drivers for these products.
