In September 2005 Intel® announced that it will no longer manufacture the Intel® PRO/100+ Desktop Adapter and Intel® PRO/100+ Adapter . Effective May 1, 2007 Intel will stop providing interactive support for this adapter. These adapters have a Limited Lifetime warranty and you will still be able request an RMA for defective parts. What if I have problems with my Intel PRO/100+ Desktop Adapter or Intel PRO/100+ Adapter and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty? Yes. The Intel PRO/100+ Desktop Adapter and Intel PRO/100+ Adapter have a limited lifetime warranty. If you need to request an RMA you can do so by going to the RMA form and following the process included in the form.
Where can I get assistance for my Intel PRO/100+ Desktop Adapter or Intel PRO/100+ Adapter after April 2007? Effective May 1, 2007 email and phone support will no longer be provided for these adapters. If you need technical support or other information on the Intel PRO/100+ Desktop Adapter or Intel PRO/100+ Adapter you will need to go to the Intel support site. Web based support will end December 2010.
How long will Intel provide drivers for the Intel PRO/100+ Desktop Adapter or Intel PRO/100+ Adapter? Intel will no longer test new drivers with the Intel PRO/100+ Desktop Adapter or Intel PRO/100+ Adapter hardware. The last known good drivers can be found here.
