In March 2003 Intel® announced that it will no longer manufacture the Intel® PRO/100 S Management Adapter. Effective May 1, 2007 Intel will stop providing interactive support for this adapter. These adapters have a Limited Lifetime warranty and you will still be able request an RMA for defective parts. See questions and answers below.

Yes. The Intel PRO/100 S Management Adapter has a limited lifetime warranty. If you need to request an RMA you can do so by going to the RMA form and following the process included in the form.
Where can I get assistance for my Intel PRO/100 S Management Adapter after April 2007?
Effective May 1, 2007 email and phone support will no longer be provided for this adapter. If you need technical support or other information on the Intel PRO/100 S Management Adapter you will need to go to the Intel support site. Web based support will end December 2010.
How long will Intel provide drivers for the Intel PRO/100 S Management Adapter?
Intel will no longer test new drivers with the Intel PRO/100 S Management Adapter hardware. The last known good drivers can be found here.
