After the form is received, an information packet will be faxed, emailed, or mailed to you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product. A separate form must be filled out for each defective product you have.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THIS PROCESS. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT BEING REPLACED.
