Symptom(s):
When attempting an installation using prosetdx.msi, no text is displayed in the installation options selection screen. All you can see are checked boxes without descriptions.
Cause:
Because the MSI must be run as adminstrator, Installation of prosetdx.msi using msiexec.exe is not supported by Intel when running under Windows Vista*.
Solution:
Use DxSetup.exe to install drivers and other software components. Installation instructions are available in the User Guide and online at Installing the Base Driver and Intel® PROSet via the Command Line.
