Changing Windows* speed and duplex settings through scripts for adapters or LOMs

Symptom(s):
Network administrators need a Windows* script utility to change the speed and duplex settings of their network adapters during initial boot-up.

Solution:
You can script the change of speed and duplex settings on you network adapter from auto negotiation to other settings through the executable, speedset.exe.

Note:  This utility must be run with one parameter. Read the setspeed.txt for details....
