How to Force the Elite Gateway* into Download Mode

To force the Elite Gateway* into download mode, do the following:

1) Remove power from the Elite Gateway.

2) Press and hold the reset button located next to the System LED.

3) Reconnect the power adapter while continuing to hold the reset button.

4) After 5 seconds, release the reset button. The system will start in download mode automatically.
