All operating systems must have the specified service pack (or higher) applied to enable full support.

- Windows XP Home and Professional (Service Pack 1 or later)
- Windows 2000 (Service Pack 3)
- Windows 98 SE
- All Linux distributions supporting kernel version 2.6.8 or later
