Symptom(s):
1. G.729 encoder/decoder may crash in multi-threading mode
The Intel® IPP 5.2 Unified Speech Codec (USC) G.729 encoder/decoder may crash when used in multi-threading mode.
Cause:
Linux* kernel 2.6.9-22.ELsmp does not correctly manage Intel IPP on a multi-core processor.
Solution:
Update from Linux kernel 2.6.9-22.ELsmp to 2.6.9-42.0.10.ELsmp.
