Symptom(s):

The Intel® IPP image processing function ippiMinMaxIndx_8u_C1MR returns an incorrect result when using the dynamic library. This problem does not occur in the static library.

Cause:

This is due to a problem in multi-threading mode, which is supported only in the dynamic libraries.
