Symptom(s):
Run ippiDemo.exe (or ippsDemo.exe) with error message “this application has failed to start because ippcore.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.”
Or
Receive the error message "No DLL were found in the waterfall procedure" in previous version of Intel® IPP.
Cause:
The executable file can’t find the right libraries in system path.
Solution:
Set the environment variables for Intel® IPP library.
