Symptom(s)
When deploying images to all clients, some of the clients failed to complete the process. Error message: "Not enough hardware support"
Causes(s)
- If the client did not reboot after the first time registration in OS state, the EFI agent is not able to collect the hardware information.
- The hard disk may not be connected correctly or physically damaged.
- There may be a network connection issue.
Resolution(s)
- After being accepted by the server, restart the client. After reboot, the EFI agent will collect the hardware configuration and send it to server.
- Check the hard disk connection or replace the hard disk.
- Change a network cable or port.
