Symptom(s):
Server console UI cannot be switched to Chinese on English Windows*.
Cause:
The management console language is determined by the default language of your web browser.
Solution:
IPAT® provides English and Chinese interfaces. The web browser default language may be set to "English" or "Chinese" by doing the following:
In IE, click Tools » Internet Options » Language and select the primary language.
