The Intel® C++/Fortran Compiler 9.x or 10.x for Windows* do not support Microsoft MSBuild and Team System Team Build.
If you'd like to build the Microsoft Visual C++* project from the command line or a batch file, use devenv.exe, the Visual Studio* launcher. For more detailed information on how to do batch build with Intel® C++ Compiler for Windows*, please refer to FAQ Support for Batch Build.
