Upon registering your copy of the VTune™ Performance Analyzer, you can log into the Intel® Registration Center and download the product. After logging into the registration center, locate the Intel® Thread Profiler for Windows* and click on the link in the Latest Release column. On the resulting page, click on the Product Upgrade link to download the add-on package.
Note for Windows* users only: The license file you receive after registering your copy of the VTune Performance Analyzer for Windows* enables the Thread Profiler add-on. You must register your copy of the VTune analyzer to use the Intel Thread Profiler.
